Characteristics:

1. 1. The main machine from feeder/alignment/creasing/lock bottom/folding/trombone are driven by servo motor. The folding section outward belt also controlled by servo system.
   2. Switching at different speeds with high synchronization.
   3. Use electric adjust, easy operate.
   4. Automatic continuous feeding, use multiple belt with vibrating motor, (for higher configuration use drilled suction belt), to keep the feeding stable.
   5. Automatic counting and kicking, quantity can preset.
   6. Conveyor pressure adjustable according to the box to ensure best quality.
   7. Infrared light curtain from feeder to press section at power side and operate side.
   8. Upper guide Cylinder lifting, depending on the thickness of the box, there are two options.
   9. The machine is equipped with remote assistance function, which can remotely detect the electrical problems of the machine and update the program of the machine.
   10. The machine with memory function, it means we can save the position data in the program. Note: the first time we need to adjust the machine by manual then save the carrier position, the parts all install by manual, just move the carrier by memory.
   11. Folding section with 3 outward belt, it can help us to do small box. Normally we use operate side outward belt and power side outward belt, if small box, we can use the middle one.
