Machine introduction
Feeder
- Independent servo motor drive
- Friction feeder. Independently driven byservo-motor, it can be micro-adjustable variable speed controller for even spacing of box blanks, the speed adjust in touch screen.
- 10individual adjustable feed belts (6of which are suction belts)to ensure easy setup and smooth feeding.
- Four supporters sustain the pile of blanks for perfect feeding.
- Adjustable electronic pile vibrator.
- Side guides on left and right side, move the guide by motor.
- three standard feeder gates.
- Monitor install here, can see clearly of press section.

Alignment

- Intermediate upper belt also can be outward belt, it can help to do small box, when we run small box, can use intermediate carrier and one of side carrier to fold the box.

- The lower glue tank it can remove it very easy, no need to remove whole set of lower glue system, just the to move the tank.
Trombone Section

Press Section
- Independently motorized pneumatic press section.
- Upper section moves back and forward through a motorized system, allowing different box length.
- Pneumatic pressure regulation.
- Two operation modes of compressing belt speed:
- Auto – set a single spacing, compressing belt speed is synchronized with the machine speed by ratio. It moves only when sensor detects the box coming.
- Manual – compressing belt keeps moving at a constant speed, regardless of main machine speed.
- Additional sponge belt for extra compression of lower area
4&6-corner device (Back fold )
- Motorized and untimed electronic back folding system with intelligent servo motor technology.
- Servo-motor of back folding device
- Two driven shafts allow a precise fold of the rear flaps. Easy to setup through the main touchscreen.
Common type and size
- NOTE:
- For side glue, it can glue 5 layer (like BE, EE..).
- Lock bottom box it only 3 layer (like B, C…), because if for the 5 layer, some corner have 5*5 layer. In this way, the corrugated is easy to burst.
- 4 corner some design it can 5 layer, it depends on the box design, and the size, shape.
- Maximum technical values shown cannot be applied simultaneously.
