Machine introduction
Feeder
- Independent motor drive
- Friction feeder. Independently driven by inverter-motor, it can be micro-adjustable variable speed controller for even spacing of box blanks, the speed adjust in touch screen.
- Eightindividual adjustable feed belts (four of which are suction belts)to ensure easy setup and smooth feeding.
- Four supporters sustain the pile of blanks for perfect feeding.

Folding Section

- Intermediate upper belt also can be outward belt, it can help to do small box, when we run small box, can use intermediate carrier and one of side carrier to fold the box.

- The lower glue tank it can remove it very easy, no need to remove whole set of lower glue system, just the to move the tank.

Trombone Section

Press Section
- Independently motorized pneumatic press section.
- Upper section moves back and forward through a motorized system, allowing different box lengths.
- Pneumatic pressure regulation.
- Two operation modes of compressing belt speed:
- Automatic mode: A single spacing is auto-set. The compressing belt speed is synchronized with the machine speed by ratio. It moves only when the sensor detects a box.
- Manual mode: The compressing belt keeps moving at a constant speed, regardless of the main machine speed.
- Additional sponge belt for extra compression of the lower area.
4&6-corner device (Back fold )
- Motorized and untimed electronic back folding system with intelligent servo motor technology.
- Servo-motor of back folding device
- Two driven shafts allow a precise fold of the rear flaps. Easy to setup through the main touchscreen.
Common type and size
NOTE:
- For side glue: it supports up to 5 layers (e.g., BE, EE, etc.).
- For lock bottom boxes: it supports only up to 3 layers (e.g., B, C, etc.) because, in 5-layer structures, some corners may have 5×5 overlapping layers, which makes the corrugated board prone to bursting.
- For 4-corner boxes: some designs allow 5 layers, depending on the box’s design, size, and shape.
Note: The maximum technical values shown cannot be applied simultaneously.
